HardingLowe has initiated a project with Silicon Valley-based Fenwick & West to transform their learning management capability. Fenwick & West is a national law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to technology and life sciences client.

The Learning Management project will allow Fenwick & West to manage and deliver its attorney and staff training through a firm-wide technology platform, using viDesktop’s Learning Management System (viLMS). It will increase the efficiency of Fenwick’s administrative organizations, and significantly improve the level of attorney self-service, making necessary training available when and where attorneys need it.

HardingLowe will work with Fenwick & West to populate the system with a course catalog, automated email notifications, templates, forms and reports. In addition, the project will employ HardingLowe’s Learning Management Toolkit to define the roles, responsibilities, policies and processes required to build a sustainable capability.

“We are excited to work with Fenwick & West and to extend our partnership with viDesktop,” said HardingLowe President Mike Lowe. “We are grateful for the opportunity to demonstrate the value of the Learning Management Toolkit in helping law firms to quickly modernize their learning management capabilities.”
