HardingLowe managed a major program to create an e-Discovery and document review service at an AmLaw Top 20 firm. According to the client Managing Partners, this service “is already transforming the discovery process for large, contested matters and substantially reducing costs for our clients.” HardingLowe contributed to all aspects of the solution: technology implementation (Recommind’s Axcelerate), process and workflow design, organization design, and go-to-market approach. The program was implemented on-schedule and under budget in late 2010.
