AmLaw Top 20 Knowledge Management Program

From 2010-2012, HardingLowe partnered with an AmLaw Top 20 client to dramatically overhaul their knowledge management capabilities.  First, we deployed an Experience Management capability to capture and share key matter-related information, using the LexisNexis Matters module. We deployed an Enterprise Search tool, powered by the Recommind Decisiv Search, to enable the retrieval of information in firm documents, websites and emails. We upgraded their internal portal through multiple releases so that all information is easily available from one central location. And finally, we developed a Restricted Matters capability, using IntApp’s Wall Builder system, to protect that client and matter information that should not be shared beyond a core matter team.
