HardingLowe Delivers Data Center Migration for AmLaw 20 Firm

In December 2012, HardingLowe completed a successful Data Center Migration project for an AmLaw 20 firm. As part of the project, the firm managed data for over 1,000 hardware assets and over 300 applications, including 200 databases. The planned moves were executed between the months of August – October 2012.

The data center migration, once approvals were in place, was a 10-month project from application discovery through server identification and then to execution, which included five physically-planned moves. In support of the firm’s internal Program Manager, HardingLowe managed all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling & budgeting, stakeholder communications, and vendor management.
