HardingLowe Delivers New Business Intake Improvements for Arnold & Porter
We are pleased to announce that, with the help of HardingLowe, Arnold & Porter has implemented significant improvements to its New Business Intake function, including a successful deployment of the Intapp Open software application.
The key to our success was looking beyond just the technology to the other elements of a mature NBI capability, including strategy, policy, processes, and organization. Starting with an overall assessment of the firm’s NBI function, including interviews with Partners, Firm Leadership, and members of Conflicts and Finance, HardingLowe delivered a set of recommendations to A&P that included the recommendation to implement a modern NBI system.
Highlights of the solution include:
• Reduced processing time through parallel processing
• Integration with internal and external (Dunn and Bradstreet) systems to provide information for financial review
• Routing of requests to the appropriate level of review based on attributes of the client or matter (e.g. size of the deal, fee arrangement type, new vs. existing client)
Arnold & Porter was one of the first AmLaw 30 firms to successfully implement Intapp Open, and HardingLowe is delighted to have been a part of their success.
