HardingLowe Reinvents New Business Intake at Hogan Lovells

Through a multi-year, multi-phased effort, HardingLowe has guided Hogan Lovells through a transformation of its New Business Intake capability. When we started, Hogan Lovells had two separate legacy processes, organizations, and technologies from their pre-merger LLPs. Today, they have a single global process using Intapp Open integrated with Elite 3E. The phases of this effort included:
• Harmonization of global processes and policies – we facilitated a process redesign to generate a single global process, supported by global policies and a common form. We also revised the processes to account for new risks, such as adding a review of a matter’s pricing.
• Implementation of Intapp Open – we designed and configured forms, workflows, notifications, and reports to support the newly-created global process
• Worldwide deployment – we supported the rollout of the new system and processes across 40+ offices worldwide
• Transition to Elite 3E – we revised Intapp Open to integrate with Elite 3E. This required changes to forms and workflows, as well as training of Conflicts and Accounting staff.
